Medical billing company MediAccounts required an online solution to help scale their business. We collaborated with them to design and scope a system to work on behalf of clients, to allow them to submit and track invoices for processing, submission to insurers and payment.

Invoice collection process for private medical
We helped define, design and develop a cloud-based platform for MediAccounts to streamline the collection of billing data from consultants and surgeons. This allowed for the processing, reporting and payment of invoices online.
Ongoing development roadmap
We created an initial specification, wireframes, user-stories and a suitable user interface for internal staff and external clients using the service. We helped identify additional features and time-saving efficiencies for added value.
Using Symfony and React technologies
We spent time getting to know the business so we could create solutions to make a huge difference to efficiency. Backend development was undertaken using PHP (the Symfony framework), with an API-led design for a fast and modern React frontend.
Privacy and security focused
The MediAccounts portal provides online access to consultants and their staff to upload and submit information on patient consultations and operations. Security is paramount, with encrypted data, secure access processes and more.
Working with Matt and Dan has been an absolute pleasure. Together they are a dynamic duo - who cover both sides of the coin with regards to design and functionality.
Having come from a bad experience previously, Matt and Dan held our hand during the whole process of producing a wonderful portal to help with our day-to-day operations. They took what was in our heads and perfectly created what we wanted.
